Russell gave me a great quote for a double glazed unit i needed to fit a cat flap in. I obviously didnt really know what I was talking about, as in how I went about requesting what I needed, and Russell was really great in going into requirements etc, making me confident we were going to get what we wanted. Russell kept me informed, and delivered the unit in such a short time after placing the order. Needless to say, unit fitted perfectly. Great service dealing with Russell, and would definitely use him and his company again.

The communication was excellent both via the phone and text, always keeping me informed about my order and installation date they took what I’d consider a reasonable deposit, and it was a pleasure to deal with a friendly and easy-going experienced tradesperson.
