  Arrived on time, really helpful and friendly. Reset engineer code from previous company and conducted a thorough check of system. Advised sensors may need replacing and battery will need changing next year, but no pressure to carry out work.

  Alarm Decommission

  Fantastic company from start to finish. We had a fault on our alarm and consistently blaring through the night. We contacted Rukk Security and their response was immediate. Stephanie’s communication on what’s app throughout the day was phenomenal, she was understanding, empathetic and efficient. We were able to get an engineer booked to come out the same day to decommission the alarm. Eddy our engineer was superb - finding the source of the alarm trigger, explaining the issue and working very efficiently to get the job done for us all whilst being very professional and friendly.
