Contacted Rukk Security as our alarm went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. Eddy got in contact immediately and came around the same day. Really excellent service, could not have hoped for better, it's exactly what you want when you are in a panic not knowing what to do. Would absolutely recommend!

Removed my old back garden lights and refitted a new ring floodlight. Arrived on time, very personable and polite, the job was done to a very high standard, very professional and ensured I was happy as the customer and the light was all up and working before leaving.

the initial contact was a telephone call in response to me posting on checkatrade. the lady I spoke to was lovely. very clear about how much it would cost for the service and if needed a battery. eddy arrived early within the appointment window time. he is a lovely man very polite and respectful. he answered my questions and I wasnt made to feel a pain at all. I am so pleased with the work, the company and the price was as I was told. I will be using rucksack again for servicing and if im looking for a new alarm they will be my first port of call. thank you for such a stress free experience xx
