    Good workman

    Paul turned up really quickly to inspect the job and did a good job when he was here. He was easy to communicate with using whatsapp. The only problem was that the work was completed later than he had said - but this was apparently due to unexpected difficulty in ordering the glass.

    Assessed the problem efficiently and indicated remedy. Work carried out smoothly and to a very high standard. Was kept informed of the progress and outcome. Bill was as stated and agreed. Happy to recommend.

    Front door fix

    I had a fantastic experience with Paul. He was incredibly professional and helpful throughout. The price was very reasonable, and his attention to detail was impressive. My front door had started to sag quite badly, and Paul went above and beyond to get it properly aligned again — even removing a nearby window to help adjust the frame. His dedication, skill, and problem-solving mindset really stood out. Highly recommended!

    Two Window replacement

    Started out great, came around, measured up and provided a quote. Agreed a date to install and arrived on date agreed, all seemed fine. He then attempted to park his van on the pavement outside house. He made a small error and scratched the side of his van down my front wall, damaging both the van and the wall. Rather than simply apologising, he became argumentative and confrontational advising it was my fault and if I didn't like it he would leave the job. Which he then did. So no windows and a damaged wall. All other reviews are positive so maybe he was just having a bad day.
