Great experience even helped us with the sofa

Paul was very friendly and kept us up-to-date throughout whilst he was searching for a very hard to find part (the locking mechanism for our 20-year old door!). Once he found it, he ordered it and came to fit it as soon as it arrived. Brilliant work and very tidy and quick too.

We've used RubyDog before and would happily do so again. They very quickly got in touch to arrange a site visit and offered a competitive quote. The job was done within 2 weeks. Other glazers had previously talked at how difficult one of the windows would be to replace (located above our bath) but it was no problem for RubyDog.

Paul was extremely efficient, replied within a few minutes of my request. Very good. Clear and prompt communication and was realistic about the job. It is an old conservatory but I was looking for a temporary fix.
