I was very lucky for having Ricky respond to my last-minute request for repairing the toilet. I understood it might be a small job which I was upset by the first guy who came to inspect few days ago but failed to detect the cause of water leaks but suggested big repair work needed. Ricky is very professional and shows his expertise in sorting out the issue and makes quick fix. I was impressed by enthusiasm and quick problem-solving skills.
