Called Ricky on valentines day with a leak and fortunately for me he answered. Not urgent as it was manageable so was able to arrange for the Monday afternoon. Ricky is very friendly, polite & professional. I was very happy with the result and his workmanship. I opted for a replacement circulation pump for reliability. Excellent service from start to finish. The plumbing job was carried out with real precision and completed very quickly without any compromise on quality.
