Ricky checked the gas appliances and heating system in a house we are moving into. He was able to complete the job quickly and was very helpful.

Ricky came to do a boiler service, radiator bleeding and gas safety check. A gas leak was discovered and he was able to source it and fix it. Ricky arrived on time and was professional, efficient and tidy. He answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. I am really pleased with the work he completed and really grateful that he was able to help me at short notice. Would definitely recommend him.

Late on New Year’s Day we noticed our boiler was leaking water. I called Ricky ( RT Plumbing). We fixed a time for him to call. He arrived on the dot and removed the boiler’s cover. Inside was a mess of dripping water and rust. Even, my wife and I could see that a new boiler was required. Ricky confirmed this reluctantly because as he explained it would be expensive. Ricky organised a new boiler and had it installed, up and running in a couple of days. Now, our central heating works better than ever. Ricky is trustworthy, reliable, neat and tidy. He is simply, the best!
