Rangel arrived promptly and spent a long time investigating all possibilities of what may be causing an intermittent earth leakage on my fridge/freezer. He worked quickly and thoroughly and obviously really knows his stuff. All parts and wiring were gradually tested leaving a control board fault the most likely culprit. Rangel costed how much this would be, but we decided it would not make financial sense for a 6 year old appliance. Altogether I am very happy with what Rangel did and believe his fixed callout fee was value for money.

Very polite, punctual, respectful. Got on with job immediately and did not try and charge me extra, just the call out fee (£75) which I thought was reasonable given how quick they were to respond.

Came the see me the following day of requesting a repair. Had to order a new unit, Rangel called me on the day he received the unit, and fixed it early in the afternoon. Great service, can highly recommend his company.
