  Prompt reply and efficient work from plumber

  I contacted RSPS just after 7am this morning as my overflow pipe had perished and there was water dripping from a pipe under the sink. I have been trying to fix it since last Thursday!! I got a reply with a request to send a photo or quick video which i did. By 7.30am I had confirmation that a plumber would attend later in the morning and the total cost to supply and install. Plumber arrived by 11.30am, fixed pipe problem and tidied up. A very pleasant experience.

  Second bathroom from RSPS

  RSPS had fitted a downstairs toilet and shower room for us last year and we were so pleased with the job we decided to bite the bullet and refurb our main bathroom. From full rip out to installation, the RSPS team were great. Tidy, helpful and hard working. Communication is reliable throughout the job and what minor snagging was required was fixed quickly and without any issues. Would happily use the company again.

  Bedroom to large shower room conversion plus bathroom to walk in shower room.

  Ryan and his team did excellent jobs for me by converting an existing upstairs bedroom to a large shower room, then completely reconfiguring my downstairs bathroom and installing a walk in shower room. The work done, both interior and exterior (pipework), were to an excellent standard and I am delighted with both rooms. Everyone who has seen them loves them. There was always open dialogue and I was advised when members of the team could be expected. Any rubbish was removed same day, and the rooms left tidy and swept. I would not hesitate to use this company in future.

  RSPS were recommended to us by a good friend after we were let down by a number of other local companies, and we are so grateful to have found them. They completed a full bathroom for us, guiding us through options for bathroom furniture and wet walls/flooring, booking us in very quickly and completing the work within the timeframe agreed. Any issues were resolved quickly, all tradespeople who attended the house were friendly and professional, and communication throughout the process was excellent.   Outstanding service

  Had RSPS fit our central heating a few years ago now, with a recomended boiler and it has been seemless since, work carried out to the highest standard. Todays review is an update confirming recent assist from RSPS. We have British gas homecare for pipes and they argued an issue was not covered and it was indeed the mains supply company responsibility, between them both we were never off the phone taking photos and describing our concern, not once did they offer, we will send someone out. The wife contacted RSPS and they were out the next day, secured a pipe for us, outstanding service.

  Wear and tear repairs

  Wear and tear repair in the bathroom done quickly and to a very high standard. As ever RSPS replied to my request quickly, arranged an appointment for the following day, contacted me ahead of time and arrived when promised. Friendly as ever, and had the work done in no time. A big thanks once again to all at RSPS. So glad we picked them to do our original bathroom refit.
