  Last year RSPS fitted a new boiler whilst doing a full bathroom refit, the new boiler has worked out cheaper to run and a noticeable difference in the speed the house heats up. This month I had to get my annual boiler check up, I got in touch with RSPS and they had a someone out that week, when I asked the cost I was pleasantly surprised that year 1 is free with no obligation to use them for year. The technician that came out was very polite and well spoken, easy to get on with which I think it is vital when someone new is in the house. This mirrors my experiences with everyone at RSPS.
