Communication was great, responded straight away. Plumber attended the next day. They sent a tracking link so you could see when plumber was going to arrive which was helpful.

I contacted RSPS to replace a broken shower enclosure. Within a day, someone had come to assess the damage and a new enclosure was delivered and installed within a couple of days. The standard of the work itself is very good and everyone I dealt with was very professional. Would thoroughly recommend

I chose RSPS to renovate a small bathroom in our flat which had various problems like mouldy tiles. RSPS was not the cheapest quote but I chose them because Ryan did a thorough survey and found a damp problem under the bath which was missed by other companies. I also felt that I knew what we were getting eg old tiles removed rather than covered up and old bathroom disposed off. RSPS also fitted 2 under sink hot water heaters. Overall very happy with advice given beforehand and with work. My Dad said he did not think that the old bathroom could be made to look so nice.

Absolutely great service. I arranged for a plumber to fix a family members toilet. They offered to come the next morning and came first thing so there was no hanging around all day waiting for them. They fixed the issue quickly and it was a really reasonable price. We would definitely use them again. Thank you

Contacted RSPS for an update to our downstairs toilet, which they have absolutely transformed. From our consultation with Ryan, to guidance from Ashley (always happy to answer any questions) and then outstanding work from David (such a tidy and hard worker) the whole process was completed with ease and we would highly recommend the team
