Check prices before commiting to them doing the job. The work quality is great, they solved 2 problems for me in less than an hour each time. BUT it just cost me £384 for 2 visits that would have cost around £150 all in with my local plumber. Wish I had waited the extra couple of days for my local guy to fix!

It was a bigger job than we expected as we had stopped the leak by replacing a screw on part. All the pipework under the kitchen sink was replaced. I was very worried as I saw a hole being enlarged to allow realignment of the exterior drain pipe. We expected to pay at least £50. The bill was £100. To be fair, the result left a very tidy under-sink cupboard and a much faster flow. Craig was a pleasant and competent worker.

We have used RSM several time now at our business and I can homes say we would not recommend RSM anymore, we are a supported accommodation and when ever there has been a issue, someone has attended to resolve the problem and never left any issue unresolved before leaving, all staff member are polite and friendly. Would highly recommend!
