We chose Rob and Craig at RSM back in June 2022 to fit a central heating system after we bought a fixed upper that hadn't got any central heating installed already. After having quite a few quotes and people come out to look at what the job would entail, we felt most comfortable with these guys. Since then, we've had them out for our boiler service every year, any plumbing issues along the way and our kitchen refurb. Highly recommend and will use their services again when we move onto another home project! 🫠

It’s hard to fit this in 600 characters but these guys are FIRST CLASS! Communication was utterly superb, service and manner second to none and work was exceptional. I do not have the right words or enough space to convey quite how good they were but they restored my faith in heating engineers after dealing with British Gas for too long and showed me that there are some incredible tradespeople out there. Rob and his entire were exceptional as was the work they carried out. Kudos abd highly recommend 👌🏼

Used RSM twice now, would highly recommend. Gave advise over the phone when I needed it, were professional transparent and cleaned up after themselves.

Craig rushed to the rescue when my husband accidentally dropped his mobile phone down a radiator in our bathroom and we couldn’t get it out !! It turned out that the radiator is on a flexible attachment so all Craig had to do was lift it up, rescue the mobile and put it back in the wall!! He was very good and only charged us a minimal amount for his time:

Absolutely first class. Rob was really thorough and detailed when he came to prices up the bathroom being fitted. We had Craig and Finley installing the new bathroom and they did a brilliant job. I would recommend wholeheartedly.
