    I contacted Humza regarding a leaking problem, and from start to finish he was extremely reliable and professional. He arrived before the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Before starting any work, he took the time to explain the issue in detail, making sure I fully understood what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. He then solved the issue efficiently and to a very high standard. Humza is clearly very hardworking and knowledgeable, and his attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the service and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking

    Genuinely couldn’t be happier with the work they have done. Not only did a pristine job, they are respectful, and extremely hard working. One of the things that really stood out to me was the transparency and honesty with the RSL team, a lot of contractors I have used in the past don’t tell you the full story, however the RSL team, took me through everything they did, step by step. I would recommend their services to everyone.

    RSL Build has professional, well trained workers. I was very pleased with the service they provided. My boiler had many faults that I didn’t fully understand until they explained everything clearly. They replaced the necessary parts and serviced my boiler, and now everything is working perfectly.

    Excellent service – hot water problem fixed professionally

    We had ongoing issues with our hot water as the pump was not working properly. Several plumbers had attended before, but none of them managed to fix the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the beginning. He carefully checked the system, identified the root cause, and fixed the pump properly, restoring our hot water completely. The service was efficient, well organised, and explained clearly throughout. You can tell he has strong experience and takes pride in his work. Everything was done to a very high standard.
