I contacted Humza regarding a leaking problem, and from start to finish he was extremely reliable and professional. He arrived before the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Before starting any work, he took the time to explain the issue in detail, making sure I fully understood what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. He then solved the issue efficiently and to a very high standard. Humza is clearly very hardworking and knowledgeable, and his attitude made the whole experience stress-free.
