  We recently had 12 beautiful oak doors and a custom media wall installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding—every detail feels thoughtfully executed and built to last. Rob and his team were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. They kept everything tidy and on schedule, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The media wall has completely transformed our living space.   High standard of price, reasonable price, good communication

  Rob and team built a stud wall and doorway in my office. Rob's communication is always excellent, and the standard of work from all is very high. Price is very competitive and the work was done in double quick time. I highly recommend RS Property Maintenance.

  My request for a site visit and estimate was attended to promptly and courteously. The assessment of the works, which I asked to be carried-out, was thoughtful and thorough. Kind and helpful advice was given. Options clearly explained. Costs and expenses were made clear from the outset.

  Door hanging, fixing kitchen cupboard doors and relaying garden paving slabs.

  Matt fitted two new doors for us and also fixed a couple of kitchen doors and relayed some loose paving slabs in our garden. He was punctual, professional and very personable. His work is excellent. Very much recommended.
