Matt has done a great job, great eye for detail and great quality finish. He was easy to have around the house, kept everything tidy and contained, I am happy to recommend RS House Property.

Rob was very helpful. He popped round to look at the job and advise what needed doing. Turned out the job was quite simple and I just needed the top of the door planed. Rob was able to do this straight away. He did a great job and solved the issue! He was friendly and polite. I will certainly use Rob again for any general carpentry needs!

Rob and Matt are great workmen. They are polite, friendly, tidy and work well together. Today they have built a set of cupboards with sliding wardrobe doors in a spare bedroom. We are really pleased with the finished result. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. We will certainly be seeking their services again with our ongoing projects.

This the second time I’ve used Rob and Matt. On both occasions they turned up as agreed, friendly, professional and a good work ethic. Very happy with new cornice and definitely use them again , as I know I can trust them to do a great job for a good price.

Rob supplied and hung 10 doors including all associated hardware. He and Matt worked extremely well and were very respectful and considerate. ( They prioritised my aged Dad's rooms and wife's office so as to minimise any disruption to them). They were tidy, punctual and very clear on communication. We're delighted with the workmanship and wouldn't hesitate to use Rob again.
