  Drain survey to identify cause of blockage

  Dan was great. He gave a very competitive quote and arrived at the job on time. He was happy to explain what he was doing while he surveyed the drains and what our options were for resolving the issue.

  Put a request out for a blocked drain in the house. Dan responded quickly and was with me within the hour on the basis that there would be no charge if they couldn't clear the block. Tried a couple of methods and was eventually successful. Good and efficient service. Would recommend.

  Honest, open, very professionally determined

  A plumber identified our need of a proper Drains Company. Dan of RR came out, on a Saturday night, and released the blockage but showed us video of the awful state of sewer pipe with scale inside. He returned a couple of days later and thoroughly descaled the whole line. What was impressive was that he charged less than his original quote, took on extra work re refitting and sealing the toilet. Above all he was totally transparent in what was required, costing, progress and explained everything that was happening. System won’t let me give more than 5 stars but this guy’s worth 10. Diamond.

  Dan was upfront, honest, and fair with the cost when carrying out a job for my parents. We knew there was a significant blockage somewhere, and Dan arrived fully equipped with all the “big gun tools” needed to tackle it, after locating the blockage. We quickly realised the job was going to be very challenging, but Dan was completely determined to get it done so my sick mother could use the toilet again. Dan kept his word and completed the job at the price he had quoted before arriving, which we really appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan to anyone needing drainage work

  Fantastic service with a smile and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. We had a small problem with access issues and had to delay the start time when the guys were already en route. Dan was really understanding and got the job done quickly and cleanly once on site. Thanks again to all the team.
