  Dan was really responsive arrived promptly and carried out inspection survey of pipe work , really pleasant to deal with and gave really helpful advice , offered many options on repair work , really good price for high quality service ! Recommend to anyone needing drainage repairs .

  Had slow clearing sewer, RR First Drainage Care came, unblocked, and removed several bags of rocks and silt from the line. I received very good advice regarding the likely problem and advised (as it was part of a shared network) to follow up with Thames Water. I'm a competent DIYer but know when to call the experts, these guys are great and if I needed help with drains again, they'd be my first port of call.

  Dan was fantastic. He was really knowledgeable about the problem and freely gave advice about preventative measures and what to look out for the job. He the polar opposite of pushy, went out of his way to help and also was just generally such a lovely chap. He did the job quite late in the day, on the same day of contact, just to get it done and at no extra charge. My completely blocked drain was cleared, now runs like it did when it was installed years ago. Dan was the kind of person that restores your faith in tradesmen and as someone on their own, that means a great deal. Thank you so much
