Very easy communication, clear explanation of steps to arrange a repair of blocked sewage drainage with roots. Appropriate costs estimation and timely repair. Problem diagnosed immediately with camera and drain unblocked within seconds. Previous company spend hours using tanker to clean the manhole, wasted money... Anyway, root cleaned, stent and liner inserted for reasonable price. Excellent service !

Dan attended to patch some underground clay pipes. He is a very dedicated professional who can be totally trusted. His work was priced very competitively and he even carried out work beyond his remit at no extra cost. He is a very likeable person who is easy to talk to. He explained the work he was doing very clearly and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have used check-a-trade registered tradesmen previously and if there was such a thing as a league table that Dan would undoubtably be top of my list.

Came when they said they would. Pricing was good. Lovely people to deal with. It really was a Southern Water problem with a shared drain but we needed it sorted now. Dan did push back and said it was Southern Water's responsibility but we wanted it fixed now as the "water" on the drive was smelly and vile. We will be on Southern Water's case to fix roots ingress on the shared drain as it is solely their responsibilty. Well done RR First Drainage!!!
