We were advised to have a drain survey after a serious toilet blockage. So we asked RR First Drainage Care Ltd to do it for us. Dan explained what he could do for us and gave us a quote, which we thought very reasonable. It was very interesting seeing on the video camera how clogged our drains were and after using chains to clear the drains we were shown again on the camera how much cleaner they now are. Very pleased with the result.

Dan and his team were fantastic, they came the same day (despite a busy workload) arriving early evening to tackle our blocked kitchen drain which was backing up. He'd explained clearly upfront what he would do, what the (very reasonable) fixed price was, and he and his colleagues spent 2 hours in the dark working to completely clear the drain - not an easy task due to badly angled pipes. He cared a great deal about resolving the issue for us and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. He was professional and courteous and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else needing a drain expert.
