  Responsive and efficient. Excellent. Reapaired our kitchen sink water leakage. Adviced to separate dishwasher outflow and kitchen sink outflow. Also repaired utility sink minor leak. Commited to come back later with required parts. Overall excellant and would recomend.

  Efficient, honest repair of a tricky toilet issue

  Great job fixing a complicated toilet flush problem. The cistern bolts were badly seized and needed cutting, which he explained clearly, and he worked carefully throughout. He also identified a faulty fill valve while on site and explained the issue before replacing it. The job was completed in about an hour, the toilet is now flushing perfectly, and the price was fair and as agreed. Professional, calm, and transparent - I’d happily recommend.
