Contacted R patel after being let down by another plumber. The representative attended at exact time booked and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue and the price, work was carried out to a high standard and the representative was very kind. Would highly recommend R patel

What was unclear to me from the start was that this plumber is not an engineer so any major leaks cannot be fixed. All this plumber did was come and clean my rubber seal and charged me £60 call-out fee which didn’t solve anything. If he made it clear that all he was going to do was clean the rubber seal I would have not called him around. Even after I complained bilaterally, he asked me for my bank details to refund me, but I haven’t heard anything back since. I would not recommend this plumber on the principe of morality.

we had a blocked pipe leading from the bath and also needed a new plug hole in the sink. They were very quick and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Rinkesh and his team did an excellent job fitting my new boiler. Everything was done to the highest standard and I can't fault their workmanship. They were polite and professional throughout, I highly recommend them.
