  Great communication and cleaner arrived on time. I was happy generally with the clean and think next time it will be even better now the cleaner knows my house. Note that if you have cats the cleaner likes them to be kept out of the way.

  Update to previous review (unfortunate)

  I want to update my previous review where I mentioned that Roz picked up almost immediately and did a great job. Unfortunately, the communication has nose dived since the first clean she did for us. I have been given four reasons as to why she is unable to clean and it is now at a point where I am questioning whether she is genuine. I would approach with caution and will now be looking for another cleaner.

  I completely disagree with your comment. I apologize, but I've already informed you of our health issue and provided an explanation. Since we're in the cleaning industry, I believe your health is a secondary concern. You were not charged for the canceled

  Roz picked up the phone within the first few rings of me calling to enquire about her services. Unlike other similar companies who can take days to get back. She was able to arrive at short notice on a Sunday. Roz did an excellent job. She is personable and communicative; she took time to listen carefully and understand my individual preferences. I have requested her services long-term.

  Deep house clean - excellent service!

  Would highly recommend this company! We booked at short notice and they accommodated a Sunday clean which is not their normal working day. The cleaner worked on her own for 6 hours and did a really great end of tenancy house clean including carpet and curtain cleaning - all for a really good price! Thanks so much!
