Fikriye has from the start communicated well with me. I have a selected time slot each week which she keeps too. As I am not at home Fikriye always communicates when she is there and on leaving. She is entrusted with the house keys. Standard of work is excellent. Any concerns noted are reported back to me. I am more than happy to recommend Fikriye to anyone looking for a reliable cleaner with high standards of cleaning.

Roz arrived early to make sure that she could finish all of the cleaning on time (as my wife and I had plans that evening). She was very friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning the particularly dirty appliances that had been left in a terrible state by the previous occupiers. She checked that we were happy with everything that she had cleaned — we definitely were! Highly recommend her services!
