  New boiler

  I have been using Roy Barrett for over ten years and have never had any problems with the work that they have done for me. They kept my old boiler going for almost twenty years, and fitted the new one with a minimum of fuss even though it involved rebuilding a cupboard (at no extra charge).

  Gas boiler and central heating installation

  Mr. Barrett inspected my house in a couple of days and then provided a quotation and a starting date. He starting exactly when he said he would. He allowed me to remove my old storage heaters and dig a trench in the concrete floor downstairs saving time and money, even lending me tools to help! He worked very efficiently and didn't mind me watching and asking all sorts of (usually silly!) questions He was always cheerful, courteous and professional.. He stuck to his quotation even connecting gas to my kitchen + an extra valve at no extra cost! Recommended without hesitation!

  Safety check

  I always use Barretts for safety checks in my rental property. They are reliable and thorough, which is what you want for the tenants’ wellbeing. They are also very competitively priced. Very happy.

  Gas boiler replacement

  Very prompt response to replace an old faulty boiler when we had been left with no hot water. Issues arose over insufficient gas pressure and old gas pipes which were too narrow and these were professionally dealt with. We now have a new more efficient system with a ten year guarantee. Workers turned up when they said they would and were always friendly and mindful of being tidy. Work was done to estimate although some unexpected issues arose.

  Annual boiler service

  I have been been using Roy Barrett and Sons for many years, including the installation of a new combi boiler 2 years ago. This was just a regular service. Always professional and great to deal with.

  Annual gas safety check
