I’ve been using Roy Barrett & Sons for several years for annual gas checks and various other works eg new hobs and new boiler. The latest job was the annual gas check and as ever I’m very pleased.

Roy Barrett and Sons have been servicing our boiler for several years now and on the odd occasion when it has needed attention between services they have been quick to respond and carried out the work to a high standard. Highly recommended.

They were thoroughly reliable, and the work proceeded smoothly and on time. All waste was removed. They were friendly but not excessively. Price was precisely as estimated. A very satisfactory experience.

I have been using Roy Barrett for over ten years and have never had any problems with the work that they have done for me. They kept my old boiler going for almost twenty years, and fitted the new one with a minimum of fuss even though it involved rebuilding a cupboard (at no extra charge).

Mr. Barrett inspected my house in a couple of days and then provided a quotation and a starting date. He starting exactly when he said he would. He allowed me to remove my old storage heaters and dig a trench in the concrete floor downstairs saving time and money, even lending me tools to help! He worked very efficiently and didn't mind me watching and asking all sorts of (usually silly!) questions He was always cheerful, courteous and professional.. He stuck to his quotation even connecting gas to my kitchen + an extra valve at no extra cost! Recommended without hesitation!
