Professional Boiler Service And Repair

I used Rowlen Boiler Services to service and repair my combi-boiler, and I was very satisfied with the experience. They were easy to deal with and arrived on time. The repair required a second visit, and the engineer was professional, friendly, and efficient on both visits, taking the time to answer all my questions. The cause of the pressure loss was identified and the faulty expansion vessel replaced, without any unnecessary work being suggested. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would happily use them again.

They had to change the date that the service was originally booked but I was kept informed throughout and a new agreed date was booked . The engineer arrived on time was very polite and carried out the service to the boiler

Our replacement boiler was fitted by Rowlen Heating in November 2020 and we have had five years trouble free heating. It has an annual service and so far nothing has gone wrong. We are reminded when the service is due, the engineer turns up on time and checks all components thoroughly. Stress free process and highly recommended.
