I booked Rowlen Boiler Services Ltd through Checkatrade as my previous service engineer had let me down so I was looking for another plumber/boiler service person. Rowlen are a family run business of many years serving my area so I booked them. Their engineer came out bang on time. He was friendly and polite and spent time running up the boiler and my heating throughout the house which I hadn't run for about 18 months. All was fine and the service was completed to my satisfaction.
