I have always had my boiler serviced by the manufacturer but found myself being let down. I put a request out via Checkatrade and Rowlen called minutes later and arranged a convenient service date. The service was thorough and the engineer was warm and professional. The invoice and service record were emailed afterwards. I am so pleased to have found Rowlen - the service has been excellent.
