Asked Rowlen to investigate cold towel rail and over hot water. Ben arrived at the stated time and completed his investigation . He changed a valve to regulate water temperature and advised a power flush of the system was needed. Ben returned to complete the power flush which judging from the colour of the water was long overdue. He was unobtrusive and completed the job with quiet efficiancy. He stayed well into the evening until all system radiators were fully operational again including the towel rail. I would highly recommend Rowland.

Team were super helpful even after I needed to rebook twice, my fault! Invoice and paperwork followed promptly. Would recommend.
