Great service and no fuss, perfect contact

We had previously used two of the large companies for servicing our boiler. We were fed up with expensive monthly contracts. We discovered Rowlen through a local trade advert and decided to give them a go. Everything has been handled efficiently from the initial booking process (online and easy), to the actual boiler service (efficient and friendly), to the invoice stage (very reasonable). We are so glad we have discovered Rowlen for our annual boiler service and will be recommending them to all our friends. We have a floor standing Worcester boiler.

We replaced a new boiler, Rowlen provided high standard of service - from sire visiting, quoting, amendment to installations, adjustments. Very high standard and polite of the staffs as well, will have annually service with them.

We have used Rowlen for various bits of work over the years and they are really wonderful. The office staff are kind and helpful and the engineers are all incredibly knowledgable, efficient and friendly. I have been very pleased with all the jobs they have done and wouldn’t hesitate to use Rowlen again.

I have had my boiler for about 8 years. I have had it serviced my three different boiler companies. Rowland was by far the best company. The engineer turned up on time and was very efficient and tided up after he had completed the work. When I booked the service the receptionist was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would certainly recommend them and I shall use the again.
