Ross did an absolutely amazing job — probably the best I’ve ever seen. He was very detail-focused, always on time, and super easy to communicate with. He worked really hard and finished everything perfectly. He used professional tools, and every part of the bookcase looks clean, neat, and beautifully done. Ross' craftsmanship, professionalism and eye for detail has given us the kitchen we were always hoping for. Ross planned everything, kept me informed at all times and the quality of his work is amazing. I can't recommend him highly enough. He also organised all the trades to minimise the installation time and his attention to detail and finish has been the icing on the cake.

Ross provided an all round outstanding service in fitting our kitchen. His attention to detail and problem solving skills were of the highest standard e.g: he identified issues in our design, and then always found the best solution to each of them - always going above and beyond every time. His comms throughout, were fantastic, consistently providing regular updates, ensuring we were always aligned. He was always punctual, and really tidy in all work he carried out in the house. We are so pleased with our complete downstairs renovation and new open plan living area. We could not recommend Ross highly enough. Right from the beginning he made sure to understand what we were trying to achieve and worked with us to make it a reality offering advice at every turn. Communication was excellent throughout. Ross and his team were really friendly, super tidy and we definitely could not fault their workmanship or work ethnic. Ross did such a great job and finished the renovation to the highest standard.
