Quick to respond but took a shortcut “diagnosing” my washing as didn’t inspect it fully. Then asked me to pay him for another visit when it stopped working thirty minutes after he left. I was disappointed at the experience and chose to use someone else who opened the machine and quickly identified the fault. He did however unblock a drain in my fridge (although I didn’t call him out for that)

I explained that some leaks can be hidden within the tub assembly and may only appear during operation, making them difficult to identify without extensive dismantling. I did not charge for a washing machine repair, and the only payment made was £60 for unblocking the fridge drain, reduced from my normal £90 charge.
