  Disappointing experience

  Quick to respond but took a shortcut “diagnosing” my washing as didn’t inspect it fully. Then asked me to pay him for another visit when it stopped working thirty minutes after he left. I was disappointed at the experience and chose to use someone else who opened the machine and quickly identified the fault. He did however unblock a drain in my fridge (although I didn’t call him out for that)

  Very knowledgeable and experienced. Gave good ideas about planning the design. Worked efficiently and left everything clean. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
