  The full service!

  Absolutely amazing service! A fridge/freezer needed to be replaced in a flat that we rent out. Had it been a free standing model it would have been easy but it was integrated so it needed an exact match. We don't live nearby so not able to drop by to measure etc. Rosh understood the difficulty and took charge of everything, went to the flat to measure up, ordered and installed the new one, liaised directly with our tenants while keeping us updated. The full service! Will not worry if we have another appliance break down, I know who we'll be calling out!

  A professional approach

  Rosh responded extremely quickly to my enquiry, gave me an appointment within two days and arrived on time with no fuss. Communications were good throughout. The fault appears to have been fixed (early days, but...) and the price was as agreed. It wasn't cheap but you get what you paid for.

  Dishwasher fixed quickly with good comms

  Rosh was very quick in responding and explaining what was needed to fix our dishwasher. The communication was excellent and the work was carried out quickly and with competitive pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Rosh for help again.

  Washing machine touch control panel replacement

  Great communication throughout. Polite, knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed within a week over the Xmas & New Year holiday. Went the extra mile to complete the repair as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.
