  Replacement double glazed casement windows in listed house

  Nick came highly recommended by a fellow architect. I could not fault the service or the quality of work. He was organised, tidy, polite and hard working. The windows he has installed are of excellent quality and he left the house tidier than when he started! I am very happy to pass on the recommendation.

  Wooden sash window repair

  I had two water damaged windows that were leaking, Nick came to look and give a free quote, gave honest advice with two potential options in how to go forward. Good communication beforehand, and did the job to a high standard (and cleaned up well afterwards - always important!). Very happy with the work and would recommend.

  Made and fitted double-glazed windows in bathroom and bedroom

  Rose Sash were clear about cost and time-frame. They arrived on time, worked quickly, cleared up during and after and did what they said they would do. The windows are exactly what we wanted and agreed. The work was completed to a very high standard. We will be using Rose Sash again to replace the rest of our windows.

  Sash windows repair

  We had a sash window that was damaged due to poor installation and insulation and two others that didn't have proper draught proofing. We contacted Rose Sash and a few others for quotes and availability. Rose Sash had the most reasonable quote and were available the earliest. They also asked for pictures, made their assessment, explained what needed fixing and quoted based on that. On the day, they arrived exactly when they said they would, worked non-stop on all 3 windows and managed to finish an otherwise 2-day job in a day and left the place very clean! Very happy. 10/10.

  timber sash window installation for front room, bedroom and kitchen

  They were very helpful and answered all my questions carefully from start to finish. they work very hard and are punctual. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and taking care of the flats downstairs too. The new windows are beautiful and we really love them! Thank you.
