Nick came to replace my downstairs sash windows (including a bay window) and also replace an exterior door. This is the second time I have used Rose Sash and have been really pleased with the final work on both occasions, Nick has always been punctual and neat, has talked me through the work and answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. I also got a number of quotes and Rose Sash was one of the most (if not then most) competitive for the work. I would absolutely recommend Nick and the team!

Had 3 new windows installed which look perfect, and the historic features of the previous windows have been retained and enhanced. Easy to operate, and damage was limited. Nick was very punctual, the job ran smoothly without complications, and finished ahead of schedule. The timber is Accoya so should last a long time.

Nick was really prompt to respond to our request, reviewed the work needing doing very quickly - he then gave us a date not too far in advance which he stuck to. The windows look absolutely great and are finished to a high standard. It has made such a difference to the room. We are really happy with the work and would recommend Nick and the team to anyone looking for wooden sash window replacement/repair.

From the very start Nick was very professional and efficient with his communication. I had several questions and every time Nick was quick to respond to me and let me know his views on what would be the best outcome for my request.
