  Prompt inital response, polite service. The work was done efficiently and sooner than I had expected. They also cleaned up afterwards. Before and after photos were sent. I have used this company now over the years and wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I need to.

  Roofing repairs - internal and external

  Another complicated and elaborate repair to my building's roof which needed a variety of tiles including specially shaped tiles, ridge tiles, leadwork and repointing to several chimneys, box gutters relined, interior timber rafters secured, and a bay window re-felted and re-leaded. I am very pleased. Don't go anywhere else.

  This is the third time I have used Rooftops. They have always, quickly, made an assessment and sent photos with an estimate. Jobs are completed promptly to a good standard and evidence provided of their completion. My dealings have always been pleasant and professional. I appreciate their responsiveness, good communication and reasonable fees. Happy to recommend.

  Leak in roof

  Rooftops criminally damaged by roof by breaking tiles, ridges, cement claiming that they were protecting my roof with waterproofing sheets using their own tiles to hold the sheets but these were our tiles they broke. This caused so much internal damage 10s of ks as the water was leaking inside like buckets. When confronted with evidence of the damage caused they said they will repair the criminal damage they did. This was not done properly. The roof is still leaking. Which they won’t fix and when we asked for compensation for the damage, they asked how much then nothing but radio silence.

  Rooftops is a family business with more than 48 years’ experience. During this time, I have never dealt with a customer like this and I do not appreciate the slurring of my company name. We were called out to to repair two sections of the rear high-level roof in October 2024. The lower section was carried out satisfactorily and she paid for this. We also gave her an estimate to carry out a complete repair to the rear high-level roof as the roof was tiled on the wrong pitch which she said she can not afford it at the time. We offered to sheet over the roof, which we did, free of charge and we left the site hoping that the roof was watertight. Tiles were used to hold down the tarpaulin sheets but no damage was caused despite the storms at the time. She had instructed another roofer/builder to come to the site without us being present and we are assuming, the damage was caused by them. After days of harassment, we returned to the property and repaired the damage, free of charge and she is still harassing for compensation which I refute.
