Michael’s communication was excellent. He spoke to our tenants and arranged access and the work was done to a high standard. Michael provided us with photos of the work. He also identified some problems with the pointing on the chimney and flashing which we also commissioned him to do. We were pleased with the work and therefore asked him to do another of our properties which was completed on 21/2/25

Replaced fascias and gutters to the front and rear of semi detached property-brilliant workmanships, extremely pleasant team of professionals. Replaced parts of down pipe and securing bracket as old one was broken- and included this within the original price quoted.
