  The company was excellent in dealing with my enquiry, very fast reply and also went to assess the job the very next day. However having done that which is the hard part, they then did not provide a quote and then went silent to every message I followed up with, wasting weeks of my time.

  We did go and view this job and we did respond back to the customer and for such a small job we needed a very large amount of scaffolding which was explained to the customer that was our last conversation and he said he was going to go ahead wit ahead with

  Mark and his team did a great job. Unfortunately found rot part way through, but Mark quoted the extra to replace, and still finished the job by the end of the week.

  Mark and his crew came to the property explained every thing exactly.once we agreed to what needed doing,they arrived on time and completed the job, once completed they cleaned up and removed all the the old rubbish. All in all great job,will definitely be useing again.
