Mark and his Dad were reliable, explained and showed what needed fixing clearly and carried out the work at the agreed time and price. Their team were amazing and worked incredibly hard in the summer heat. They cleared up all the waste and didn’t leave until we were happy. I totally recommend them

Can't speak highly enough of the work undertaken by Mark and his his amazingly hard-working team. Excellent communication from start to finish (which, let's face it, is rare these days) and the boys on site were grafters par excellence. A great job, completed within agreed timescales for a fair price - ticks every box. Thoroughly recommended.

We were in need of a small flat roof needing replacement due to a leak that occurred. Mark came round, quoted and very soon after his team carried out the replacement. The unfortunate thing for us it uncovered bigger issues we had with the adjoining roof and with an overhaul we mutually spoke about the other roof areas. Around the house. We were shown what I would describe as an urgent job needing to be carried out. Mark went away and came back with a reasonable quote and rearranged his diary to accommodate us as with the urgency of the job. His team worked incredibly hard and left no mess.

Really impressed by Roof Flow. Mark did a site visit the day after my request and was able to give me an all-in, final price quote, for new boards and three-layer ply with flashing. I live in the narrows of Totnes and the access difficulties didn't bother him at all. Work was completed promptly and the guys carrying out the work were great. The new flat roof is perfect, beautifully done. They took all the old flat roof away and tidied meticulously before leaving. And the work has a 15 year guarantee - really important if you come to sell your home. I can now say I know a great roofer! Thanks!

Needed a soffit replaced. Within 2 weeks the job had been done. I was kept informed throughout the process as it was completed in my absence. Great pictures sent of the completed work. Many thanks
