Roman Boilers have been excellent from start to finish. They contacted me within 30 min of posting the job (for a new boiler and installation). Chris arrived the following day to price the job. I received the actual quote itself later that same day. It was very clear, detailed and exceptionally competitive. The job was booked in for the following week. The deposit covered the boiler and materials, which were delivered well in advance. On the day of installation, Chris and James did a great job. Everything works perfectly and I couldn’t happier. A gas boiler was replaced and an additional radiator wad installed in the flat. Roman Boilers did an excellent job! From start to finish I could not have had a better experience. The quote was clear and very fair. They even persuaded me not to renew rads as they said they’d work fine with the new boiler - which they do after Chris flushed them out. Surfaces were protected and everything was left clean.
