Roman boilers offered an excellent level of customer service right from the point of enquiry. Throughout the process Chris was patient, helpful and respectful of our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished job. We had a new boiler and four new radiators which was a big job but Chris did excellently, keeping necessary disruptions and adjustments minimal. I would highly reccomend Roman Boilers to anyone and would gladly use them again.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from Roman Boilers! We had a full conversion to a combi boiler, and the whole process was flawless. Chris was punctual, professional, and extremely tidy — treating our home with real care. The pipework is immaculate, with clean joints and perfectly straight lines — clearly done with pride. The new system works brilliantly, with a big improvement in pressure and efficiency. It’s rare to call plumbing beautiful, but this really is. Roman Boilers installed a new boiler and attended to other problems that really were outside their remit. The new boiler seems amazing, my house has never felt so warm. My home was left seemingly untouched by any disruption and the engineer was polite and knowledgeable. I received all the Gas Certification the same day and all this at a much lower cost than I could have imagined.
