    We got our keys and lock changed as we recently moved into a new home

    Very efficient

    I needed Stuart in an emergency. He arrived a few minutes after I got home. Got me into the house in a matter of seconds, sorted a new lock and fixed the misalignment. Cannot rate him highly enough

    Brilliant service

    Stuart from Rocks Locks replaced our front door lock for us after we had issues with another company getting this replaced. He was honest and upfront about all work and costs. His costs were reasonable for the parts and labour. He was able to determine the right replacement for our lock despite not having the original to work from. He gave us the option of replacing the barrel, options for which price band and amount of keys supplied. All parts were quality and to British standard. Extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable. Would 100% use him again and recommend him to others.

    Garden lock fitting

    ​Stuart was brilliant. He installed a new lock on my garden gate and was incredibly thorough, explaining the whole job to me beforehand. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of work is top-notch. I’ve already got more jobs lined up for him to do at my home. 10/10 recommendation!"

    Excellent service

    I chose the company after seeing what they did but had no idea what they’d be like. Had problems with back door lock. I was delighted I chose Rocks Locks. Stuart came out same day, no call out fee! Everything was explained throughout and shown to me. All done within an hr. Very pleased with service. Would definitely recommend Rocks Locks.

    Stuart was very professional and helpful. Initally, called out as our patio door would not close. He made a temporary repir securing the door. He sourced and replaced a part. The door now works better than it has ever done.
