I chose the company after seeing what they did but had no idea what they’d be like. Had problems with back door lock. I was delighted I chose Rocks Locks. Stuart came out same day, no call out fee! Everything was explained throughout and shown to me. All done within an hr. Very pleased with service. Would definitely recommend Rocks Locks.

Stuart was very professional and helpful. Initally, called out as our patio door would not close. He made a temporary repir securing the door. He sourced and replaced a part. The door now works better than it has ever done.

Stuart took my call and agreed to an emergency ok the day call out to access my garage and replace the lock. He was very professional and exceptionally quickly and managed to expertly open the garage and replace the lock in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Stuart to anyone who needs a lock changed or managed to lose house and garage keys.

We have used Stuart at Rocks Locks on a couple of occasions previously, so when we purchased a new property we knew who to call to change our locks. We had given Stuart our potential completion date so were provisionally booked in for the afternoon. On the morning he rang to check everything was still going ahead and to confirm a time to attend the property and change the locks - front door, patio doors, rear garage door and front garage door. All work was completed to an excellent standard. We will certainly be using Rocks Locks again when required.
