My back door was getting near impossible to engage the lock. I knew who to call - Stuart - because he had done brilliant work on my front door back in 2021. I called him explaining the locking mechanism was failing big time, but no need for an emergency call out as I had the door secured for the night. Stuart was able to fit me in for the following morning. He stripped the multi-lock down rapidly, showed me the 'gearbox' was in a bad way, fitted a new one, and adjusted the door. It all works better than ever now. Clean, tidy, expert, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Stuart.

Stuart was punctual and polite and friendly. He addressed the lock issue speedily and efficiently. Reasonably priced too. Would be happy to recommend him and will use him again if other similar issues occur in the future.

Stuart from Rocks Locks was very professional, gave me good advice re security locks. His communication and installation was first-class. Would highly recommend. Very reasonable price. Cost was half of that quoted by a competitor.
