Our font door lock was faulty and we called Stuart that evening and he arrived the following day. He replaced the faulty part and got the door working properly again. Stuart was friendly, professional and informative.

Stuart came to my home a couple of hours after I called requesting help with opening a side door that was jammed closed. He quickly assessed the situation and within an hour stripped the locking mechanism and replaced the faulty gear box; leaving the door in full working order. Overall I am totally satisfied with the prompt service Stuart provided.

Great service from Rocks Locks! Stuart came out very quickly and assessed the issue and provided a quote straight away. After ordering the parts he arrived the next day and repaired the door. He took the time to explain the issue and what work was carried out. He also left the area clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend this company and will be calling upon them again when we need a locksmith.
