What I really like about Sam’s service is that he is very thorough, talks you through the issues he’s identified, and takes the time to explain what he’s done and what you need to keep an eye on. He gave our boiler the most thorough service it has had in the 14 years we’ve had it, and I would hesitate to use his services again/recommend him to others. He’s also very nice and very efficient in his communications and administration. Sam came highly recommended to me by my neighbour and I can entirely see why.
