The company responded promptly to the initial enquiry, provided clear and timely information regarding the works required and scheduled the job efficiently. The team carried out the agreed scope of work to a high standard. This included re-bedding of the chimney pots on cement, renewing the flaunching, installation of closed ventilated cowls and removal of all waste from site. The work was completed as scheduled and all commitments were delivered as promised.

  Repairs to roof/flashing

  My experience was good and the roof repair was explained properly. My only concern with all roof repairs is that you cannot check work and you have to see if walls will be dry after it rains. I do have photographs of the repairs so that should help.

  Finding a good, trustworthy, and reliable roofer can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. However, I am glad that we chose Reuben and his team. No matter the time of day, Reuben was always available to answer my calls whenever I needed his advice or a reassuring voice on the other end of the phone. I was also really impressed by the honest advice that he gave regarding our roofs, and how he didn't want us to spend more money than we had to. Furthermore, his brilliant team of roofers went above and beyond to help us with our roofs, and they were also an absolute joy to have around.
