We recently appointed RM Roofing to replace the original 100+ year-old Victorian cast iron guttering on our building and were very pleased with the result. Reuben Murphy was diligent, patient and attentive to the enquiries and requirements of our joint freehold throughout. The work was expertly carried out by his two “Ewans” — hardworking young lads who completed the installation to a high standard. The job was competitively priced and backed by a reassuring 10-year guarantee. We look forward to working with Reuben again for any future roofing and guttering works.

RM Roofing & Property Ltd recently replaced our under‑terrace soffit and applied a Restec floor finish to the terrace above. Communication was professional from start to finish, and the team delivered the work to an excellent standard. They completed the job on time despite having only a small window of dry weather to install the Restec flooring, which I really appreciated given the recent constant rain. Overall, a reliable, skilled, and courteous company, I would happily recommend them.

They did the job. The high ladders were resting on the guttering which I was a bit uncomfortable with as it could have damaged them but luckily it was ok. The job was done quickly but it was messy and they cleaned up best they could but some debris still remained on the ground.

RM do a very good job for us re-pointing our chimney stack. Reuben was honest and straightforward to deal with, and the lads who attended were well mannered. I have used RM twice. He also helped me out with advice when I had a problem with another contractor. There a lot of tricky operators in this sector but RM are ones you can trust.
