  Ronnie was able to mend our immersion heater without having to completely replace it and he expertly serviced our boiler. He was incredibly professional and friendly throughout and was clear about timings and payment. I highly recommended him.

  Boiler failing to ignite

  Fantastic experience all around, contacted on a Sunday & agreed to visit almost straight away the next day when a lot of local businesses rejected the job. Diagnosed the issue very quickly and agreed to process a solution step by step. Was flexible to my working hours and stayed on late to make sure the boiler was fixed before leaving. Completed the job to a high standard. He has years of experience and knows what he’s talking about. Would recommend if you need your boiler service/ diagnosed. Good guy, chatty guy, a real Luigi.

  Radiator issues and Boiler service

  The issue I had was with water quality from the kitchen tap.

  Ronnie was fantastic. He analysed the issue, and directed me to contact my local water supplier, Severn Trent. We discussed other methods to improve the water quality if that line of inquiry wasn't fruitful. Namely, replacing the tap, and adding a non return valve which he did. I received good, reliable communication in text messages, and in person. It encouraged me to have faith in the process, the solution and Ronnie himself. We also discussed other work as I'm happy that we have found someone honest and reliable to take on other pending plumbing jobs. Highly recommended!
