10 The issue I had was with water quality from the kitchen tap.

Ronnie was fantastic. He analysed the issue, and directed me to contact my local water supplier, Severn Trent. We discussed other methods to improve the water quality if that line of inquiry wasn't fruitful. Namely, replacing the tap, and adding a non return valve which he did. I received good, reliable communication in text messages, and in person. It encouraged me to have faith in the process, the solution and Ronnie himself. We also discussed other work as I'm happy that we have found someone honest and reliable to take on other pending plumbing jobs. Ronnie's first visit was to fit the Kitchen sink, tap and waste, and replace an outside tap. Not an easy task, given that the Sink was already glued in place. All done and most happy. Ronnie had a vacation booked. And could only carry out the other half of the job after his return. He was very understanding if we wanted to get someone else in to finish the job... ...We waited, and cooked on a camping stove for a week and a bit… can’t think of better praise in someone’s work than that 😊 Ronnie is (Still) our “Go To” Plumber.. and I have recommended him to many others.Verified reviewerJob location: GL5110 Radiator replacement
