The whole work took around 25 minutes when I went to a meeting. When I got back everything was done and paperwork was ready.

Ronnie was prompt to arrange a visit. He service our boiler and advised that the appliance was still under warranty and we should be able to claim under that for some of the problems. He was very honest.
