Ronnie is a true professional, arrives when he says he will, is very polite and does a proper clean & tidy job. Would 100% recommend.

Ronnie came to service the boiler and was really thorough, polite and clearly takes pride in his work. He completed the service log book with all the relevant details and kept me up to date with what he was doing. He came back two days later to double-check on something, at no extra cost to me. You can tell he cares and wants his customers happy. I will not hesitate in having him back in 12 months for the next service!

The whole work took around 25 minutes when I went to a meeting. When I got back everything was done and paperwork was ready.

Ronnie was brilliant! Extremely responsive when I put my original job on here, he was the first one to answer me and offer to give a fair free quote of the job. Carried out a thorough job explaining step by step what he needed to do and how much it would cost.

Ronnie really cares about his work which is evident in the precision and neatness of the finished project. I have complete confidence in Ronnie and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Ronnie was prompt to arrange a visit. He service our boiler and advised that the appliance was still under warranty and we should be able to claim under that for some of the problems. He was very honest.
