    Incredibly responsive

    RM Pestokill (Rony) were responsive from the moment I contacted them about a suspected mouse issue. Rony came out quickly and put down bait and traps. He returned a few weeks later to collect the traps. I haven’t had any issues since! Really pleased with such a professional and responsive service and would highly recommend.

    Part 1 of 4 - horrendously unprofessional and terrible customer service (bed bug treatment)

    Part 1-4: First thing the pest control guy did was went upstairs without even asking where the rooms were for the bed bug treatment. We asked him if he knew where he was going and turned around and told us he did not know - which we knew was red flag number 1.
