  A True Hero — Outstanding Service! I highly recommend this engineer. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. He worked carefully and showed great respect for my home, keeping everything clean and tidy. When the job was finished, the area was spotless. He also kindly helped with my built-in toilet, even though it wasn’t part of the original job. His dedication and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Excellent service — thank you! 🌟

  I contacted Raphael on the recommendation of our son who a new central heating boiler recently installed by him. On inspection he confirmed our boiler had reached the end of its working life he very quickly was able to install a new replacement his workmanship excellent vert neat and tidy.. I can recommend his workmanship to anyone

  Quality service and advice for a boiler replacement

  Very happy with the service and experience with RK Property Solutions. Genuine care was shown and wanting to do the best quality job possible. Original builder had barely mounted the failed boiler to the wall - it was fixed by RK. Original flue was not sealed outside - has been fixed by RK. Now I have a reliable boiler with filter and a wireless thermostat. Thank you for the speedy service as we had no heat, plus your patience when answering my silly questions so I even learnt something from the install. I highly recommend and will be back for a yearly service.
