Very happy with the service and experience with RK Property Solutions. Genuine care was shown and wanting to do the best quality job possible. Original builder had barely mounted the failed boiler to the wall - it was fixed by RK. Original flue was not sealed outside - has been fixed by RK. Now I have a reliable boiler with filter and a wireless thermostat. Thank you for the speedy service as we had no heat, plus your patience when answering my silly questions so I even learnt something from the install. I highly recommend and will be back for a yearly service.

What a great service. Raphael of RK Property Solutions carried out a full install of boiler and central heating system into a property where there had been none. The work was carried out to a high standard and to agreed timescales and budget. Raph worked tenaciously to overcome unforeseen issues and kept me updated and informed throughout. A great job.

Great experience with Raphael today, I had 4 old troublesome remote radiator values removed and replaced with new manual valves as well as a new Hive WIFI thermostat installed. Really friendly guy, great advice and service and turned up within 24 hours of my original call. Very happy and will most certainly call again for a new boiler in the future.

Excellent boiler service. Raphael went far beyond the basic requirements, he helped with a noisy radiator and cupboard hinge!
