Work completed efficiently on the expected day, even with a couple of extra bits of work needed due to the age of our plumbing and newer style connectors on the replacement tap. Friendly and personable service, decent price, job well done. Will definitely recommend to others and use again.

Had an issue with a boiler not igniting, resulting in no hot water or heating. Was waiting on someone else to come check it out, but they weren't replying. Reached out on Checkatrade and Raphael responded within 20 minutes. He said he'd be able to come and check it out same day and he did within an hour of the job being posted. He was brilliant, listened to the boiler and managed to fix it. Very entertaining and funny guy too! Would recommend to all, he managed to fix it so quickly, we were all stunned as we thought we'd need a new boiler.

Raph was brilliant. Initial meeting he said he would be there without the hour and was very prompt. He explained exactly what the issue was and very clear on the costs and would would be included in the new boiler replacement. On the day of replacement Raph was prompt and cheerful. He kept me entertained all day with his chat. The boiler replacement went well and he explained everything very clearly I was more than comfortable having him in the house as a woman on my own during the day. He was great with my 3 dogs as well. Great service and I would definitely recommend him
