    Emergency gas callout

    Our carbon monoxide alarm went off at night and the emergency gas people capped off the gas. We called RJW and they arrived promptly in the morning. They explained everything really clearly, fully tested and we were back up and running before 9:30am. Very happy and will be a repeat customer.

    The work was carried out exactly as quoted, in a safe and competent manner. All work was completed ahead of time with knowledgable attention to detail. A full explanation and walkthrough of my new boilers controls was given and the site was left clean and tidy. I would recommend RJW Gas & Heating Services to anyone requiring plumbing work.

My name is Rob Williams and over the last 4 years I have been building up a new gas & heating company based in Hoo. I cover a vast range of gas & heating related services as recently have become qualified to work on LPG Bottled gas. I am qualified as a domestic gas, LPG and heating engineer under my gas safe registration number 592610 - RJW Gas & Heating Services.

I have 16 years of experience within the domestic plumbing and heating industry. A little background on my experience is 10 years worth of new boiler installations and 6 years of breakdown and servicing. Over the years I have become very familiar with a wide range of boilers and the faults that may occur.

I aim to provide a thorough professional job, from start to finish so please feel free to call me or request a call back.
