Rob did my annual boiler service £84 & quoted £385 to fix 2 faults. He said it was a 2 hour job, and despite invoice received suggested that he would drain down the system; he never did. He reported to be done in about an hour & was in a hurry to leave as he forgot to replace a panel meant to cover some exposed wires. He did not test properly as the fault (boiler pressure > 3 bar and PRV leak still remain.
Rob has been very dismissive on the phone on the 2 occasions we contacted him regarding the existing fault; and has refused to return back to help diagnose why the fault still exist.

Thanks for the glowing review! It’s a shame it’s not truthful and reflective of what actually happened! As discussed, the system only needed draining if the TRV radiator valves was being changed, which you decided you didn’t want to do. You was charged 2 hours labour and I was at your property for 1 hour and 20 minutes. That is into the 2nd hour hence why you got charged for 2 hours. This is very simple business sense that “most” people understand. Unfortunately more work was required, which you was expecting me to do for free. I also do not tolerate rudeness hence why I refused to come back
