Great response time and work carried out. Roger very knowledgeable. Tidy work and done properly. Much better than other providers offered by Portsmouth Water.

I cannot express how grateful we are to Roger for all his hard work and professionalism. We had a water leak in our supply pipe, Roger quoted a surprisingly good price, arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and cleanly. What I really want to thank Roger for is his support and encouragement before, during and after the job in which was a very traumatic couple of weeks for us, you sir are the best of us, no question went unanswered, no matter how irrational or unimportant it must of seemed to him. He put out minds at rest and for this I will always be grateful.

I had found that Roger and his firm RJ Waterpipes Ltd was a recommended firm of Portsmouth Water Company. As they (PWC) were going to take 4 weeks to come to my property to determine if I had a leak between the meter and house (the lawn pond was an obvious sign) I decided that I'd call RJW and get the ball rolling. Roger came within a day to assess and recommended a new pipe for the older property. Very professional in his advise and we determined a way ahead commencing in just over week away. Roger and Henry turned up on time and proceeded to do the job to my complete satisfaction .

Roger from RJ water pipes came out to replace what we thought was 2 meters of lead water pipes running from our stop tap to our entry of our home. After closer inspection he realised the pipes was far more complicated. He had to cut up and crawl under our floor boards just to ensure he got all the lead pipes replaced. He went above and beyond to ensure he got the job done and and left everything clean and tidy as if nothing was disturbed! I am very pleased with their services highly recomend!
