Roger & Son replaced lead water service pipes to my 1932 house with modern plastic pipes all in a day working with Southern Water who provided 10 metres free as part of their support to replace lead service pipes. I found him to be very professional and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this service. I would certainly use him again. Brian Truman

Roger and Henry arrived on time and assessed the situation which was a more complicated than first thought. They worked non stop throughout the day in the pouring rain digging holes and moling to put in the new water pipe. Roger was very apologetic that they were unable to finish that day but said they would be back first thing Thursday to finish and connect the water… another rainy day! I can’t praise them enough for their hard work and professionalism. They cleared up and left everywhere as they found it. The cost of their work was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend them.

Roger was really helpful when we asked for help, diagnosing how to fix the problem and issuing a quote quickly. He scheduled the work. arrived when expected and did an excellent job in the time agreed. After the work was complete all external areas were restored to a very high standard.

Really impressive response from initial enquiry thru to site visit and preparation of the estimate which I felt was sensibly priced, and carrying out the works very professionally within a excellent time frame. If only all contactors were this prompt, reliable and professional.
